New Process Development Chemist

 

Mark Ghafoor also joined us in the laboratory on the 8^th May as Process Development Chemist.

 

This role incorporates making improvements to problem products, in the short-term, and developing better manufacturing processes in the longer term. This will entail working in the factory as well as his work as a development chemist in the laboratory.

 

Mark has worked in similar roles in emulsion manufacture and processing at Ciba and Synthomer.

New Developments

 

We are continually enhancing our product range and making improvement where these can bring benefits to our customers.

 

Amino Silicones - A new range of products for many applications, but especially polishes. These have all the advantages of our present amino products but also offer improved stability in storage and in polish formulations.

 

Powder Antifoams - Improved production techniques to give products that meet the demanding requirements of our customers, especially in terms of their use in the food industry.

 

Pharmaceutical Antifoams - Regulatory requirements, especially GMP, have meant we have invested a lot of time examining all procedures and processes to make sure we continually improve the way we work.
